40 Days for Life 2013

Due to some technical difficulties with the official campaign site, we are not able to change our Ottawa page on the 40 Days for Life official website.

From September 25 - November 3, our community will take part in 40 Days for Life ... a groundbreaking, coordinated international pro-life mobilization. We pray that, with God's help, this will mark the beginning of the end of abortion in our city -- and beyond.

Parking

We have been asked not to park in the lot adjacent to St. Patrick's church.  Space is limited and they want to keep the parking lot free for those attending the daily Masses.

 

Parking is available in the schoolyard across from St. Patrick's Basilica, on Nepean Street, weekdays after 12:30 pm and all-day on weekends.  Parking is free and a pass to put in the window of the car is available in St. Patrick's basilica (basement) on the shelf, outside of the book store.

 

Weekdays: You must pay-for street parking and parking lots (above ground and underground)
Weekday evenings: Free underground parking at 240 Sparks Street (accessible by Queen Street entrance) after 5:00 pm and free on-street parking after 5:30 pm.

Weekends: Free underground parking at 240 Sparks Street (Saturday 8:00 am to 6:00 pm; Sunday 11:00 am to 6:00 pm) and at the World Exchange Plaza (all day Saturday and Sunday); Free on-street parking
 
Another option is to park at Billings Bridge Plaza and bus from there.
